Q: Do you Wholesale?
A: YES! When you order 6 or more items and hit the "update" key at checkout, you will see the promo code box. Enter the code "wholesale" and hit update, you will now see the wholesale discount appear. Wholesale pricing is for 6 units minimum, you can mix different items...If you need further discounts, please contact us at sales@bulldogimports.com with your request.
Q: Can I pickup locally?
A: Yes! Call 416-895-6174 in Ontario for Local Pickup. Please note web pricing will not apply because you need to factor in shipping/duties/taxes and USD exchange rate to CAD. Thank you.
Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: We use EMS to ship. You can find their regular rates here, we give you a lower price. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Please note their prices are in Chinese Renminbi (CNY) so for USD divide by 6.8
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: You will receive it 5-7 days after payment has been made. You will reveive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Q: Some of these phones look like popular name brand phones, are they legal to resell?
A: YES! We only carry phones that bare NO LOGOS and trademarks! They all come in a very professional ENGLISH retail package.
Q: Will I have to pay Duty/Customs charges?
A: You may be responsable for minimal duty charges of approx 5$...we're not responsable for anything that may happen with customs in your country, please check with your local customs agency.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: YES! We offer immediate exchanges on DOA products, they would have to be returned brand new. We also offer 1 yr warranty on all our products. You will be responsible for shipping.
